The Journal of Constitutional Law at Penn Carey Law is hosting its annual symposium on January 20th. This year’s topic will explore the right to a clean environment from the lenses of both state and federal courts.

The panel will feature Katrina Kuh, John Dernbach, Franklin Kury, James May, Kate Burgess, and Maya K van Rossum.

Last year we had a monumental decision coming out of Montana that affirmed our right to a clean and healthy environment. 16 youth sued the government for failing to act as it violated their state constitutional rights.
