Senate Rules Committee Hearing for the Oregon Green Amendment
The Oregon Right to a Healthy Environment Amendment SJR28, (aka Oregon’s version of a Green Amendment) will be the subject of a hearing on March 26, 2025 before the Oregon Senate Rules Committee. Stay tuned for more details. You can view and track the amendment here.

The Oregon Coalition for an Environmental Rights Amendment (OCERA) has organized multiple activities you can participate in to support your environmental rights on March 26, including opportunity to testify at the Senate Rules Committee Hearing. OCERA requests that you register in advance.
11:00 – 12:30 pm: Lunch (BYO)
12:30 pm: Arrive for Testifying to Rules Committee
Oregon State Capitol, 1st Floor
1:00 – 2:30 pm: Senate Rules Committee hearing on SJR 28
3:00 – 4:30: Rally
Join others at the north side green lawn of the Capitol. There will be speeches, and media and press present so bring your signs!
