Nebraska Green Amendment Hearing

The Nebraska Green Amendment (LR22CA) is getting its first hearing before the Natural Resources Committee! The hearing is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, February 26 at 1:30PM. The hearing will take place at the Nebraska State Capitol Building, Room 1023, with opportunities for public participation.
There are various options for individuals to provide commentary for the hearing, including by submitting online comments.
Anyone can provide written comments on a bill through the legislature’s website. You can submit your online comment by navigating to the LR22CA page on the NE website, and clicking the “Submit Comments Online for LR22CA” button.
PLEASE NOTE that all comments must be submitted by Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 8:00 AM Central Time.
