Green Amendments just might be what we need to tackle some of the biggest issues of our time. We can preserve and protect our natural environments, take on climate change, enforce government accountability, and address systemic inequality simultaneously. In Pennsylvania, Article 1 Section 27, has already been used to strike down key provisions of dangerous, pro-drilling legislation, thereby protecting health and safety of our communities.
