A North Carolina Green Amendment has been proposed.
Under the leadership of Representative Kanika Brown, a H965v0 NC Green Amendment 2025 has been proposed, and already has bi-partisan leadership and support. Joining Representative Brown as prime sponsors of the amendment are: Representative Brown, Representative Harrison, Representative Moss, and Representative Lowery.
